Three steps, always in the same order

We do not sell units and we do not handle payments. The Club is where a checked opportunity meets the investor who wants to assess it.

Expression of interest

Tell us who you are, your ticket size and what you look for. It is free and commits you to nothing.

Selection

We review your profile in person. When the system finds an opportunity that matches it, you receive a fact sheet: sources, status, figures and open points.

Authorised operator

If you want to go further, we put you in touch with the authorised operator or professional who handles that deal. Any investment happens with them, under their own documentation, never on this page.

What Club Immobiliare is not

  • It is not a crowdfunding platform and does not place financial instruments or receive orders.
  • It does not raise, hold or transfer money at any stage. No transfer, subscription or payment goes through us.
  • It does not promise or publish returns. Fact sheets describe assets and risks; they are not investment advice.
  • Where a deal involves several investors, it is run by an authorised provider (for example a crowdfunding service provider under EU Regulation 2020/1503) or a dedicated vehicle with its own legal documentation.
